GyneSlim™ Shipping Statement
We aim to process all orders (excluding backorders and pre-orders) within 48 hours (2 business days,excluding weekends) and then ship them from our West coast warehouse. We ship using United States Postal Service First-Class or Priority Mail services which may take up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) to be delivered (within mainland USA), but are usually faster. For the majority of addresses we find that USPS usually delivers in less than 4 days (business days, not including weekends), but some rural locations may take longer to arrive. Please allow sufficient delivery time. Please note we are unable to provide any guarantees for USPS delivery times, and any delivery times mentioned on this site are for general guidance only.
We will strive to have our orders arrive faster than other online companies who try and save money by sending orders out via a slow delivery system. As soon as your order has shipped our shopping cart will email you the USPS tracking number for your package.
Customer Service Emails
GyneSlim™ will contact you via email with your order’s USPS tracking number, if your order information is incomplete or if there is a backorder or sizing issue. Please ensure your email address is typed correctly when entering it into our shopping cart. Also please ensure that emails from “secureinternetshoppingcart.com” and “gyneslim.com” will pass your email service’s spam filters. Shipping may be delayed due to us not being able to contact you for additional information. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to delayed customer responses.
During Checkout please ensure that your delivery/shipping address matches the one associated with your credit card or Paypal account (we will only ship to “confirmed” Paypal addresses). We may, at our discretion, ask for additional ID information if a 3rd party shipping address (such as a PO Box) is entered into our cart.
Credit card charges will appear on your statement as “SecureInternetCart” or “SISCart”. All order links on our website pages will redirect you to the GyneSlim™ secure server & shopping cart system.
By clicking on our “Add to Cart” buttons you are placing a live order and agreeing to the terms of our 30 day money back guarantee and our arbitration agreement.
International orders are shipped with USPS and generally take longer to arrive due to potential delays within customs departments and local postal delivery services. International delivery is estimated to take between 10-21 days (business days, not including weekends) from the shipping date (this estimate does not constitute a guaranteed delivery time) and depends on your location.
International orders may also be subject to additional customs charges which are your responsibility. All delays from local customs services are beyond GyneSlim™’s control as all customs departments are regulated differently. Please check your local customs laws for additional information.
Please note that for international orders we are only able to ship to the address associated with your credit card and confirmed PayPal addresses – NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to ask for additional ID information or to cancel the transaction if this is not the case. Please provide a valid contact phone number for your order, as a phone number is REQUIRED on the custom’s paperwork form international shipments. Shipping delays may result if a phone number is not provided with the order.
All orders are discreetly shipped in plain USPS Priority packaging. There is nothing written on the package as to its contents. However for international orders U.S. Customs require that we write “TSHIRTS” on the parcel for clearance.

Please Note: There may be additional shipping charges levied for international orders of 10 shirts or more. After ordering you will be advised by email if there are additional shipping charges along with payment information.
Backorders and Pre-Orders
From time to time we may offer new items labeled as “Pre-Order” or run out of some of our shirt sizes and they will be shown as “Backordered” on our website. During the time that new shirts are being made the estimated shipping date for the size of shirt will be shown in the size selection drop down menu.
The “estimated shipping” date provided is just that, an estimate, and we will endeavour to ship the shirts by that date. Estimated dates are not guaranteed, and should not be taken as such. Unfortunately, there can be unforeseen delays during production that results in this estimated shipping date being changed at any time. Any order placed that contains one or more Pre-Order or Backorder (out of stock) items will be held until such items are back in-stock and available for shipment.
